Sold As-Is
All of our doors are sold in as-is condition. They are genuine vintage pieces that may be up to 300 years old, with natural blemishes and imperfections that add to their character and charm.

We encourage customers to ask any questions before making a purchase. If you require additional pictures or information about a specific door, please contact us so you can make an informed decision.
Return Window
If you need to return your vintage door, please do so within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns outside this timeframe may not be accepted.
Buyer’s Responsibility
The buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. The buyer is also responsible for the original shipping cost incurred by The Vintage Door Company. Returned doors must be securely packaged to help prevent damage in transit.
Condition of Returned Items
To be eligible for a return, vintage doors must be returned in the same condition as when they were received. Any damage incurred during return shipping may affect the return or refund process.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned door, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed promptly to the original method of payment.
